Integration and Support Coordinator

This is a full-time position. 

Description

eRezLife is a fast-paced software-as-a-service company looking for an Integration and Client Support Coordinator to join our team. Our web application services university and college student affairs, mainly residence life and student housing departments across Canada, the United States, and abroad. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer support and going above and beyond for our clients. Our team is small but mighty, driven by collaboration, persistence, and a desire to be the best.

They will be able to understand, empathize, support, and empower clients to learn our software and think creatively about ways to improve and streamline existing processes.

The successful candidate can expect to…

  1. Learn the ins and outs of our software and how our clients use it to manage their housing application, room assignment, student hiring, conduct, and residential education processes.
  2. Provide integration environment technical knowledge and experience during the planning, execution, and management of integrating eRezLife with the client’s ERP/SIS environment, and authentication system.
  3. Identify and resolve system integration issues. Assist with problem determination and resolution efforts when operational issues with integration solutions arise.
  4. Develop standards, processes, and documentation to support and facilitate integration projects and initiatives.
  5. Read, assess, and respond to client tickets.
  6. Facilitate meetings and training sessions with clients when issues arise.
  7. Create positive first impressions. You will work with new and returning clients to ensure integrations between eRezLife and their campus systems are working as expected.
  8. Support clients remotely – on Zoom, phone, and email. Active listening, timely assessment, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills will keep clients feeling supported and valued.
  9. Work full-time. We’re looking for someone who is able to work forty hours per week but we’re happy to be flexible with how you regularly distribute your hours.
  10. Embrace team and individual work. Although we don’t share an office, we spend lots of time getting to know each other as a team, and having tons of fun in the process. Our team values community and fun!

Requirements

  • Experience supporting SSO technologies such as SAML, CAS, and LDAP is required.
  • Experience with Campus ERP/SIS such as Banner, Colleague, Workday etc is required.
  • Confidence and experience with API protocols and schemas such as SOAP and REST are required.
  • Any experience working in residence life and/or student housing is an asset.
  • Any experience working with University/College IT teams is an asset.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. The ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly (non-technical) language is a must.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take initiative.
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively manage and prioritize competing demands.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Team player with a strong client-focused approach.
  • Previous experience with eRezLife is an asset.

Benefits:

Marketing Coordinator

This is a full-time position.

eRezLife is a fast-paced software-as-a-service company looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. Our web application services university and college student affairs, mainly residence life and student housing departments across Canada, the United States, and abroad. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer support and going above and beyond for our clients. Our team is small but mighty, driven by collaboration, persistence, and a desire to be the best.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in executing strategies that promote our software and elevate our brand presence. As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the company’s customer acquisition funnel. You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling.

The successful candidate can expect to…

  • Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences.
  • Develop and optimize lead capture and conversion processes to increase the efficiency of customer acquisition.
  • Create seamless partner experiences by being the key digital strategy resource for eRezLife and executing a plan that integrates both offline and online interactions with our customers.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
  • Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts
  • Establish channel forecasts and budget recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities
  • Developing exceptional relationships with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Experience, to deliver on your responsibilities.
  • Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience
  • Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies. Measure and report on the effectiveness of growth marketing initiatives, refining strategies based on data insights
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a SaaS company.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to communicate ideas in user-friendly (non-technical) language to external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with visual design tools, social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently and effectively manage and prioritize competing demands.
  • Team player with a strong client-focused approach.
  • Previous experience with eRezLife is an asset.

Full-Stack Engineer

This is a full-time position. 

Description

eRezLife is a small software-as-a-service company looking for a full stack software engineer to join our team. Our web application services university and college student affairs, mainly residence life and student housing departments across Canada, the United States, and abroad. We have a remote-first culture with a startup heritage, where each individual team member can have a significant impact on the company, product, and our clients. 

Our engineering team is actively growing to meet the challenges of scaling our application and continuing to build new features that delight our users and improve their work every day. A successful candidate will be excited to dig deep into technical problems and collaborate in cross-functional problem solving. 

The successful candidate can expect to… 

  1. Have a direct impact on delivering meaningful solutions for our customers and business. 
  2. Develop a deep understanding of our software stack and infrastructure to solve technical problems using Python, React, PHP, PostgreSQL, Ansible, Jenkins, and Amazon Web Services. 
  3. Learn the ins and outs of our software and how our clients use it to manage their campus processes. You’ll get to know our Client Success team and a whole bunch of new residence life terms!
