Why attend?
“GO! It is so worth the investment to get to learn and work alongside colleagues to create and enhance your campus processes.”
Erin Flynn, Stockton University, 2023 Attendee
- Connect & collaborate: The User Conference is your chance to collaborate with colleagues using software to streamline common housing processes. Our community is knowledgeable and generous, and you’ll learn how they are working more efficiently with eRezLife.
- Hands-on learning: Whether you’re a seasoned eRezLife admin or just getting started, we’ll have workshops, maker spaces, and sessions tailored to your needs. Level up your skills and take home practical, actionable insights from your peers and the eRezLife team.
- Stay ahead of the curve: Be the first to know about the latest eRezLife updates and features. Engage in user testing and offer your feedback.
- Fun & connections: We love having a good time with our community! Evening socials provide a perfect opportunity to unwind, make new friends, and have a laugh with us. We intentionally keep our conference small to maximize opportunities for connection.
Schedule
We’re intentional about providing opportunities to connect, learn, share and practice. Our schedule is a thoughtful mixture of sessions led by the eRezLife team and sessions led by your colleagues.
- May 22: Sessions will run from 9AM – 5PM, with optional social activities in the evening. Sessions will be a mixture of client-led sessions, training sessions, and maker space sessions.
- May 23: Sessions will run from 9AM – 4PM, with a free evening to explore Cincinnati. Sessions will be a mixture of client-led sessions, training sessions, and maker space sessions.
- May 24: Sessions will be available from 9AM – noon. Sessions will be a mixture of training sessions and maker space sessions. A large chunk of the time will be dedicated to Maker Space so you can build out new processes or forms and have the Customer Experience team on hand to help you when you need it. It’s a great opportunity to build alongside colleagues and get the work done before you return to campus.
“The built-in time to talk one-on-one with the eRezLife staff was so helpful. They know the services inside and out, and they break everything down to make it so easy to understand how our specific processes could work best in the system”.
Jacob Hanley, SUNY Cobleskill, 2023 Attendee
