Oh hey!  Welcome to the eRezLife community.

It’s almost time!  The 2024 User Conference is less than a week away and we want to make sure you’re feeling prepared and excited for the experience!

Let’s Go!

Tiffany Conde, our amazing Senior Manager of Customer Experience and conference chair, offered some tips to help you feel conference-ready!

Visit The eRezLife Conference Site

The conference site is your one-stop-shop for all the information you’ll need while you’re in Cincinnati.  On the site, you can:

  • Update your profile info, including your cell phone number.  Why the heck do we want your digits?  We’ll text you during the conference should any of the information previously published change or if we lose you at the ball game.
  • Choose your sessions. Plan out your conference experience and live your best life.
  • Book a one-on-one. This is your chance for personalized, dedicated time with one of our incredible CX team members. You can discuss all of your hopes and dreams for your eRezLife site and learn more about the steps to make those dreams a reality.  Or you can talk about how delicious soft pretzels are.  The choice is yours because you run the show during the one-on-one sessions.
  • Check out the resources. This is where you’ll find the schedule at a glance but you’ll also find information about Cincinnati and things to do when you’re not hanging with the eRezLife community.

Understanding The eRezLife Session Types

Let’s break down the session types.

  • Community Showcase: This is your opportunity to learn from your colleagues. Other eRezLife users will share their experiences, strategies, and tricks for using eRezLife in functional and impactful ways,
  • Maker Space: Your opportunity to implement your learning, maker space allows you to create and try new things on your eRezLife site with the support of our CX team members in the room.
  • Training Sessions: The name says it all.  These sessions will allow you to learn how to perform various tasks or processes within the eRezLife platform.
  • One-on-ones: Personalized time with an eRezer that is driven by you.  Ask all the questions you have and get personalized support in real life.
  • Demos: Want to see another eRezLife service?  Kevin is here to show you what it’s all about!

Let The eRezLife Fun Begin!

We all know that the meeting after the meeting is the best part!  Here is some information about everything outside of our formal learning time.

  • Hotel:  It’s got everything you need and more, including an indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant (Neat). Hilton Honors members can receive a digital room key, and the free breakfast is the best.  Well, maybe not the best. There is also a free happy hour reception with complimentary drinks and snacks.
  • Meals:  Speaking of snacks, let’s talk about food.  Lunch will be served as part of our conference programming.  In addition, we’ll have some great snacks to keep you going in the afternoon hours.
  • Attire:  We don’t care what you wear.  If you love a good blazer, rock that.  Feel your best in a good pair of jorts, that’s acceptable too.  Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and at your best for engagement and learning.
  • Socials:  We’ve got some tickets to the Cincinnati Reds game on Wednesday night.  On Thursday, we’ll be heading to a local watering hole. More details will be provided at the registration desk.

Tips For Success

  • Set a goal or two coming into the conference. This will help you decide on your sessions and find the right people to connect with.
  • Review and select your sessions in advance
  • Bring a device so you can follow along.  A laptop is preferrable but a tablet will also work well.
  • Ask questions!  We love to hear from you and want to hear all of your questions.  Make a list and ask away!
  • Take notes. There will be a lot of information thrown at you. Take some notes that you can refer back to later. Please note that the sessions are not recorded.
  • Try out something new. The eRezLife community is incredibly supportive and will inspire you to extend your boundaries. We encourage you to try something new, big or small, and share your experiences.

We are glad you’re here and so excited that you’re joining us in Cincinnati!
