The Role

As our Onboarding & Adoption Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face for new clients and the steady guide for returning customers. You’ll help them get up and running on our platform and support them as they use our tools to enhance their daily operations.

Your role will be a mix of trainer, consultant, problem solver, and relationship builder. You’ll:

  • Lead clients through onboarding and implementation
  • Host engaging training on our housing, conduct, student staffing, and residence life services
  • Configure client sites to meet their unique needs
  • Provide timely, friendly support via Zoom, phone, and email
  • Manage multiple projects independently while collaborating with teammates
  • Own and grow our Wisdom Wednesday webinar series
  • Identify and address common client pain points to improve internal processes and product development

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in residence life or student housing (2+ years preferred)
  • A strong communicator: clear, friendly, and professional
  • Tech-savvy and excited to learn new systems
  • Organized and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Curious, proactive, and ready to contribute to client success
  • A collaborative teammate who also knows how to work independently

It’s a benefit if you have experience with using and/or administering eRezLife – but it’s not a deal breaker if you haven’t.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 – $60,000, plus benefits. The range reflects the target for this role however, individual pay is determined by your skills and experience, as well as relevant education.
