Schedule At-a-Glance
Our agenda is a thoughtful mix of eRezLife-led training, user-led sessions, and dedicated hands-on time with our team.
- Day 1 (Wednesday, May 20): Sessions 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM + optional social activities
- Day 2 (Thursday, May 21): Sessions 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM + optional social activities
- Day 3 (Friday, May 22): Sessions from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (focus on maker space time and wrap-ups)
Our goal is to balance training, collaboration, and room for brainstorming so you leave with plans you can implement immediately.

Cost
- Early Bird pricing (until February 7): $449/person
- Regular pricing (until May 9): $499/person
- Late registration (until May 20): $599/person
Costs include registration fees, training, and lunches. Embassy Suites guests will receive a complimentary hot breakfast and evening reception during their stay. We want you to build connections and have fun at the conference while still finding time to refresh and relax. As such, dinners are on-your-own: it’s a perfect opportunity to explore St. Louis!
Following registration, you will receive an invoice that can be paid by credit card, ACH, or check. If you need to register or pay in bulk, please submit a registration form for each attendee and contact Tiffany for bulk payment at [email protected].
Accommodations
We’re thrilled to host this year’s event at Embassy Suites by Hilton – St. Louis Downtown. Home to made-to-order breakfasts, evening happy hours, and spacious accommodations, Embassy Suites provides an ideal venue to help us achieve our conference goals.
We’ve negotiated a rate of $159/night for our conference delegates. You may extend your stay up to three nights before or three nights after the conference dates, based on availability.
