We’re excited to announce that the 2026 eRezLife User Conference is coming your way May 20–21, 2026 — and this year, we’re going virtual!

Our User Conference has always been about bringing the eRezLife community together to learn, collaborate, and share ideas. Whether you’re a long-time eRezLife admin or just getting started, the conference is your chance to deepen your knowledge, discover new strategies, and connect with peers who are passionate about residence life and housing operations. And this year, you can join us from wherever you are!

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Learn from the Community: Hear directly from other eRezLife users about how they’re solving challenges, improving processes, and supporting their students and staff. The eRezLife community is full of creative problem-solvers who are always willing to share what’s working.
  • Discover New Ways to Use eRezLife: Our team will walk through tools, features, and workflows that can help you streamline operations and get even more out of your eRezLife site.
  • Connect with the eRezLife Team: Have questions? Curious about upcoming features? The conference is a great opportunity to connect with the people behind the software and share your ideas.
  • Get Inspired: Sometimes the best ideas come from hearing how others approach the same challenges you face. The User Conference is designed to spark new ideas and help you see what’s possible.

Schedule At-a-Glance

Our agenda is a thoughtful mix of eRezLife-led training, user-led sessions, and time with our team.

  • Day 1 (Wednesday, May 20): Sessions 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Day 2 (Thursday, May 21): Sessions 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Our goal is to balance training, collaboration, and room for brainstorming so you leave with plans you can implement immediately.

Cost

  • $50.00 for individuals
  • $100.00 for teams
  • Registration deadline: May 15, 2026

Following registration, you will receive an invoice that can be paid by credit card, ACH, or check.
