wisdom wednesday

Oh, hey! Welcome to the Community.

If you’ve read any of our other posts, you’d know that we start every blog with the same line: Welcome to the Community. The truth is, we really mean it. At eRezLife, we are genuinely committed to creating a community of practice for the industry. You’ve seen our support through our exceptional customer service, and we’ve heard your feedback that you’d like to optimize your services to ensure you’re using eRezLife to its full potential. We’ve recently launched our #wisdomwednesday series to support our goals of furthering our proactive support, regularly connecting with clients even when there are no issues and connecting our clients through best practices. Our ongoing educational sessions are delivered in three ways to appeal to a diverse audience and all aim to be about 30-45 minutes long.

eRezLive:

Our flagship educational session. eRezLive sessions are designed for dialogue and connection.  Facilitated by an eRezLife Client Services team members and/or clients, the conversation is driven by our community members, and the active participation allows our community to learn from each other. Topics are timely and decided based on feedback from you. If you have a topic that you’d like to discuss, please be in touch! We welcome and appreciate any client-run eRezLive sessions, so if you have something you’d like to discuss or share with the community, please contact us!

Coach’s Corner:

If you’re a new school administrator or looking to refresh your training on specific tasks in eRezLife, these sessions are perfect for you. Each Coach’s Corner session will focus on a particular task that school administrators need to know to manage their services effectively. All sessions are recorded and are available for viewing on our help site.

Webinars:

Our webinar series offers timely and relevant tutorials on features within our suite of services. The webinars offer you a step-by-step look at functions of the eRezLife system. Webinars are hosted by one of our Client Services team members and are recorded so you can access them at any point on our help site.

We post all sessions at least one month in advance, so you have ample time to plan to attend. Interested? Please click here to see the upcoming sessions and to register. We hope that you’ll join us for one session and come back for many more! We value your contributions to our community.

Thanks for being part of our community. We’re glad you’re here.
