Why should you attend?

There are three main objectives for our eRezLife User Conference:

1. Have fun
2. Meet colleagues to share ideas and experiences that may or may not be related to eRezLife
3. Build confidence and expertise related to eRezLife usage on your campus.

Schedule

The design is intentional. We want to provide opportunities to connect, learn, share and practice/implement. Our schedule is a wonderful mixture of sessions led by the eRezLife team and sessions led by your colleagues. We have built-in more intentional time for working and engaging with others, and even some time for catching up on those pesky emails from colleagues on campus.

May 31: Sessions will run from 9AM – 4PM, with optional social activities in the evening. Sessions will be a mixture of client-led sessions, training sessions, and maker space sessions.

June 1: Sessions will run from 9AM – 4PM, with optional social activities in the evening. Sessions will be a mixture of client-led sessions, training sessions, and maker space sessions.

June 2: From 9AM – 1PM, join us for a morning of maker space. Maker space is time allocated to building out new processes or forms and having our Client Support team on hand to help you when you need it. It’s a great opportunity to build alongside colleagues and get the work done before you return to campus.

Costs

• Early Bird pricing (until March 1): $349/person
• Regular pricing (until May 7): $449/person
• Late registration: $549/person

Costs include registration fees, training, snacks, and lunches. Guests of the Embassy Suites will receive a complimentary hot breakfast during their stay. As we know conferences can be draining, dinners are a choose-your-own-adventure experience and are not covered by conference fees.

Following registration, you will receive an invoice that can be paid by credit card or cheque.

Accommodation

We are so thrilled that we’re heading to an Embassy Suites location again this year. Home to amazing breakfasts, delicious happy hours, and very large units, the Embassy Suites provides an ideal venue to help us achieve the goals of our conference.

We’ve negotiated a rate of $159/night for our conference delegates. Click the button below to reserve your room.

Our room block is limited so don’t delay booking to ensure you’re staying with us and getting the best rate. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O’Hare Rosemont offers a free shuttle service from Chicago O’Hare and is close by light rail if you’d like to venture into other areas of Chicago. There is also an outlet mall nearby but that had absolutely no role in choosing this hotel.
