Hello Community,

I hope you’re keeping safe and healthy during these very unique and challenging times. We are truly grateful for the work that you’re doing for your students, staff, and colleagues across your respective campuses. We are trying to find ways to support you during these difficult times. I want to share how we’ve been supporting you these past few weeks and what we plan to offer moving forward.

It goes without saying that you’ve been inundated with information these past few weeks so I’ve summarized the support initiatives and resources we’ve created since mid-March:

  • Released a special edition COVID-19 newsletter March 12th to help disseminate information about additional services and support we created to assist you.
  • Organized two webinars to support clients with their documentation needs, some of which helped clients create COVID-19 specific forms and workflows to help facilitate physical distancing practices while collecting valuable information and feedback from your residence communities. A number of these COVID-19 forms and newly created tutorials have been saved to our help site for your reference.
  • Rescheduled clients’ online room selection processes to help manage the influx of information and new and changing operational requirements.
  • Helped clients quickly pivot to an online room lottery process from their manual and in-person processes.
  • Created a Blog post to help our community transition from working within a physical office setting to an online and remote working environment.
  • Hosted our first online community social using Zoom to help you connect with others within our larger eRezLife community to vent, listen, and share challenges you’re facing at this time.

Going forward, eRezLife will be:

  • Helping clients pivot to an online room selection process. If you are considering making a change, please know that we can have you set up in no time, just give us shout.
  • Continuing to be available to connect on the phone or over Zoom with you in a 1:1 format.
  • Hosting more online community socials. Based on the success and feedback from our first community social, we will now be ramping up to offer community socials every week. They will be what you want them to be – there is no agenda and you can stay for a minute or stay for the full hour to chat, vent, listen, and share a laugh or two with your eRezLife community during these trying times.  Click here to register.
